Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

• Manual handling and stacking of products with precision and care
• Previous warehouse experience with a focus on safety, quality, and hygiene compliance
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to use initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work unsupervised as required and meet productivity targets

• Prior experience in machine operation or as a production worker in manufacturing
• Set up machinery and machinery operation with minimal supervision
• Monitor production equipment and identify areas for improvement
• Pick and packaging with accuracy and efficiency

• Forklift license and mechanical aptitude
• Accurate and fast picking and/or packing customer orders
• Assembly line experience with a focus on quality and productivity
