About the Role

We are seeking a Disability Support Practitioner to join our team on a casual basis. As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support to clients in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Administering medication and manual handling
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills for independence
  • Transporting clients using our minivan, if applicable

Requirements

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred
  • Live locally to Newcastle
  • Triple COVID-19 vaccinated
