Senior Laboratory Embryologist Position

We are seeking a skilled Embryologist to join our Laboratory team on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with expertise in embryology and laboratory procedures.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and couples achieve their dreams of parenthood through advanced assisted reproductive technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Embryology Procedures: Perform routine technical procedures and maintenance activities in the embryology laboratory, including oocyte collection, IVF, ICSI, embryo transfers, cleavage and blastocyst culture, warming, thawing, and vitrification of gametes and embryo biopsy.
- Andrology Procedures: Conduct routine Andrology procedures in the diagnostic and clinical laboratory.
- Data Management: Enter data and generate reports as required.
- Quality Control: Monitor and perform all laboratory quality control procedures.
- Policy Development: Develop, monitor, and implement laboratory policies and procedures in conjunction with the Scientific Director.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical embryology laboratory.
- A Masters or Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology, Embryology, or a related field.
- A SIRT qualification.
- Excellent technical skills, including ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
