Plantation Homes is a leading residential construction company in Queensland, seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage quality builds and lead a collaborative team.

This fast-paced role involves scheduling trades, suppliers, and materials delivery, ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of new homes for our customers. You will work closely with your Construction Manager and other supervisors to build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.

We are looking for someone with supervisory experience in the residential volume construction industry and a trade background, who can effectively manage multiple projects from start to finish. You should have excellent communication skills, be well-organised, and able to remain calm under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a Site Supervisor Licence, and be passionate about constructing market-leading homes for our valued customers. You will be joining a larger team known for supporting and assisting one another.

In this role, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, supervise the construction of multiple new homes, and coordinate trade schedules to ensure a seamless build process. You will also cultivate respectful partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors, and collaborate with our HSE team to maintain a high standard of workplace health and safety.
