Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Test Management Lead to join our team and contribute to the delivery of testing services for Applications within the Data & Digital Group.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team of Business Analysts, Program Architects, Project Managers, and other Business Stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for managing delivery of testing services for Applications within the Data & Digital Group (DDG), Customer Services Group (CSG) and Business Services Group (BSG).
  • As a Senior Test Management Lead, you will provide Test Management that contributes to the Bureau objectives of improved Security, Stability and Resilience across the Bureau's technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of testing services for Applications within the Data & Digital Group (DDG), Customer Services Group (CSG) and Business Services Group (BSG)
  • Provide Test Management that contributes to the Bureau objectives of improved Security, Stability and Resilience across the Bureau's technology landscape
  • Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Program Architects, Project Managers, and other Business Stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Test Management or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
