About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer to join our passionate team at J&L Kitchens.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality installations across various projects.

  • You will be responsible for installing kitchens, laundries, outdoor BBQ cabinetry, wardrobes, and other custom cabinetry to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure perfect installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and liaise with clients on-site.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Assist with cabinetry building in our factory as needed.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Full Australian working rights (essential).
  • Previous cabinetry installation experience (a must).
  • A driver's license (manual required).
  • Your own tools.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • On-site manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
What We Offer

We offer competitive pay rates based on experience, overtime opportunities when needed, variety in local work, and a small, friendly team where your contributions matter.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $60,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
