Job Title: Research Assistant - Viral Hepatitis Clinical Research Program

About the Job:

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to support our research projects in viral hepatitis and health of people who use drugs.
  • The successful candidate will provide effective support and assistance for research projects, primarily for The National Australian Hepatitis C Point-of-Care Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the effective conduct of multicentre clinical trials.
  • Assist in the provision of research assistance and support.
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate biomedical science qualifications or other medical qualifications including Nursing and subsequent relevant experience in the conduct of multicentre clinical trials.
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team.
