The Role:
We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner/Supervisor to join our team and assist in the coordination and management of some of our key sites. This is a hands-on cleaning role, leading from the front and driving standards across some key client sites in the region. The role will require someone who is comfortable with machinery and is able to work into the evening as needs require (on occasions).
- Supporting and managing a team of cleaners across some key locations in and around Geelong
- Meeting clients to review cleaning work and standards
- Conducting inductions and training with new and existing members of the team
- Attending to complex cleaning tasks both in a supervisory role but also as an active member of the cleaning team
- Working with a customer service focus, a keen eye for detail, and pride in the work delivered
- Ensuring all team members follow correct procedures

Minimum Criteria:
- A National Police Check issued in the last 12 months is essential
- Must be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques along with the ability to use cleaning equipment (Buffer machine, Scrubbers, Vacuums) will be highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use mobile technology
- A great attitude and willingness to contribute to the success of your team
We are looking for someone who can solve problems and show drive to see a task through to completion. Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and a strong attention to detail will make you an attractive candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met
- Conduct regular site visits to review cleaning work and standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Provide training and support to team members
- Ensure all team members follow correct procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- 1 year of cleaning experience (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Australia Work Authorisation (required)
