Based at Moolarben Coal Operations, Australia's largest thermal coal producer, you will be working on a Tier 1 Mining Asset. Our operation offers a unique chance to maintain a coastal lifestyle with heavily subsidised accommodation and meals.

As an experienced mineworker, your key responsibilities will include operating a variety of underground mining equipment safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Shift Area Leader (Undermanager), your tasks will include:

  • Operating longwall and development equipment with precision and accuracy
  • Demonstrating a professional work ethic and striving for continuous improvement
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

Key skills and qualifications required include:

  • Longwall and development equipment operating skills
  • UG diesel equipment operating skills
  • Current driver's license

Additional desirable criteria include:

  • Mines Rescue trained
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Tertiary Mining Education
