Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and lead the team in the absence of the manager
• Oversee upkeep and presentation of park grounds to ensure they meet high standards
• Perform maintenance tasks across cabins, amenities, and common areas to prevent wear and tear
• Lead guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts to maximize revenue and satisfaction
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to boost occupancy rates
• Deliver top-tier customer service to exceed expectations
• Inspire and support the team through training and development initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues to create effective marketing campaigns

Requirements

To succeed in this dynamic role, you will need:

• Proven experience in accommodation management or a related field
• Strong practical skills in groundskeeping and general maintenance
• Leadership abilities with a focus on training and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach
• Flexibility and availability for weekend and after-hours shifts
