This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-starter with business planning acumen and coaching flair to be the CEO of their own store. As the Chief Executive Officer of your own store, you will have total accountability for crafting and executing a business plan that recruits and retains customers through strategic targeting, impactful events, exceptional customer relationships, and leadership of a high-performing team.

It offers exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management, and front-line marketing skills needed to progress further within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage proven retail management experience to lead, coach, and develop sales associates.
  • Drive sales and customer service targets, analyze sales data, and schedule staff effectively.
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
  • Create and execute in-store events to engage customers.
  • Maintain a fast-paced work environment, working flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Prioritize previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
  • Inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
  • A track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events.
Estimated Salary Range: AU$ 70,000 - AU$ 90,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a competitive benefits package.
