Sales Representative Opportunity:

  • Highland Recruitment partners with a well-established home builder to hire a Sales Representative for their display homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys building relationships, discussing design, and guiding clients through the process of creating their dream home.

About the Role

As Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers. Your role will be to:

  1. Liaise with Real Estate Agents and generate enquiries.
  2. Create and promote attractive house and land packages.
  3. Guide clients through home designs and present tailored quotes.
  4. Manage data entry and keep records updated using email, calendars, and CRM systems.
  5. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to contract.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients and guide them through the buying process.
  • Discuss and showcase house and land packages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
About You

  • Available to work weekends and hold a current driver's licence.
