Main Responsibilities- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste, including business case development, design, and implementation of mechanical improvements to existing and new plant and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Manage, train, and mentor junior engineers and drafting technicians to ensure deliverables are achieved in accordance with business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools, with a proven track record of problem-solving and data analytics.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar engineering tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with previous experience in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
