- Manage and grow mid-market client relationships, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.
- Own the full sales cycle—from onboarding to upselling and renewals.
- Maintain an accurate and visible sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Deliver tailored SaaS solutions through a consultative, data-driven approach.
- Identify growth opportunities and structure deals that deliver real value.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve success with our products.
- Stay ahead of product updates and industry trends to increase engagement and adoption.
Experience leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS. Understanding of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics. Proven success in upselling strategic services. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently. Data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of cutting through the noise.
