We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions division, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and cost-effective facilities management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of facilities management services across a portfolio of clients, collaborating with other Facilities Managers and base building managers.
- Building strong relationships with clients to achieve first-class client satisfaction.
- Overseeing facilities inspections, supervising repair work and maintenance across all office floors and spaces.
- Working with the ANZ Regional team to prepare annual opex and capex budgets for the site.
- Leadership of a small team, managing work schedules, assigning tasks, mentoring and tracking deadlines.
- Creating and monitoring environmental health and safety procedures.
- Overseeing financial and admin functions, reviewing and approving purchase orders, and monitoring invoicing procedures.
- Collaborating with the Engineering and Guest Relations teams to evaluate new cost-saving initiatives and sustainability innovations.
- Monitoring contractor procedures and work carried out to ensure safety standards are upheld, and reviewing all safety documentation and permits.
- Periodic review of maintenance and service agreements in conjunction with the Procurement team.
- Maintaining the asset register and raising end of lifecycle requirements.
- Assisting with regular and ad-hoc reports on any key issues, outcomes and workflow updates.
Requirements:
- Strong Facilities Manager background and experience within an A-grade corporate office environment.
- Polished, well-presented corporate style, with excellent relationship management skills.
- Pro-active 'can do' attitude, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level competency with MS Office programs.
- Full working rights in Australia for a permanent position.
