The role of warehouse team leader is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse, manufacturing, and testing processes.

As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, prioritizing duties, including goods receival, put away, dispatch, and stock management.

Job Requirements:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the warehouse team to ensure efficient and effective daily operations
  • Prioritizing daily tasks, such as goods receival, put away, dispatch, and stock management
  • Running daily safety checks on warehouse racking, MHE equipment, and reporting hazards
  • Conducting data analysis to improve warehouse efficiency by optimizing product location
  • Investigating stock issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Supervising and mentoring warehouse team members

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with previous experience in a similar role. Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve warehouse goals
  • Current and valid forklift ticket
  • Experience in lifting or heavy rigging is advantageous

About the Opportunity:
