About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians.
- Undertake electrical repairs, general maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate subcontractors to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve electrical system efficiency and reliability.
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Valid Queensland electrical license and tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or significant electrical trade experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety standards.
- Familiarity with current Australian electrical regulations and legislation.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Effective troubleshooting and fault-finding skills with motor control, power circuits, and VSDs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
