Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty among our guests.

  • Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that dishes are presented to the highest standard and that our guests receive a consistent and exceptional dining experience.

Requirements
  • Valid Victorian RSA certification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing a high-volume service environment.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
