Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mainframe Business Specialist to lead or participate in a collaborative team environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and recommendations using relevant best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify additional product sales and professional services opportunities by assisting in solution and proposal development, responding to customer requests for information, and participating in relevant business capture initiatives.
  • Assist Sales with renewals by understanding the value of our solutions to customers' businesses and aligning their use with our license model.
  • Candidates must have English and local language proficiency as a must.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director, Solution Architect, and/or Partner Account Director to technically qualify solutions and their benefits to customers and/or partners.
Requirements
  • Maintain a deep technical knowledge of our mainframe division products.
  • Provide technical specifications and requirements documentation as necessary to support proposed solutions.
  • Evaluate and position the benefits of our solutions, ensuring they meet clients' technical and functional requirements.
  • Proactively seek and deliver feedback to sales management on opportunity progress and issues.
