  • Partner with the Construction Manager to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maximise site production by ensuring subcontractor availability
  • Proactively resolve build issues and liaise with clients
  • Ensure compliance with established cost management and project management practices
  • Foster a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE experience as a Site Manager in the residential building industry
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations, and QA systems
  • Customer focus, exceptional communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken
