We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager, Oceania to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for acquiring new attractions and activities in the Oceania Region, managing existing supplier accounts, and identifying high-potential prospect partners.

Trip.com Group is a leading global travel service provider comprising of Trip.com, Ctrip, Skyscanner, and Qunar. Our platforms integrate travel resources from industry partners and help travellers worldwide pursue the perfect trip with exceptional travel products and services.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Acquire new attractions and activities and manage existing supplier accounts in the Oceania Region.
  2. Educate attraction and activities suppliers on the unique features of our platform.
  3. Take a customer-centric approach to everything you do, ensuring attraction content, rates, availability, and products offer the best value to our customers.
  4. Keep your suppliers up to date on our campaigns and ensure strong coverage of deals across your account portfolio.
  5. Explore destination on-site promotion and distribution in the local market.
  6. Conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.) for the Oceania market.
  7. Provide market insights to optimize product design and sales directions for global product localization.
  8. Complete other assigned tasks based on business needs.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of 8 years of working experience in tours and tickets of OTA, revenue/yield management, or e-commerce.
  • An existing network with Tourism Boards, airlines, affiliate partners, and travel influencers would be preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and fast learning capability.
  • Dynamic, positive, stress management skills, and a good team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English.
