Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Culinary Team Management

Inventory Management

Oversee the inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, including HACCP protocols and kitchen cleanliness.

Cost Control

Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that the kitchen is operating efficiently.

Training and Development

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or restaurant.

Culinary Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including knowledge of cooking techniques, menu planning, and food presentation.

Leadership and Management

Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
