Assistant Manager In Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager In Training. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills in a dynamic retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends and implement strategies to drive incremental sales improvements across all channels.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring that they receive a world-class experience.
  • Trade Loyalty Program Development: Develop and implement strategies to promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program, resulting in increased trade customer loyalty and retention.
  • Product Knowledge Expertise: Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
  • Store Presentation and Maintenance: Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • New Team Member Induction: Induct new team members into the store's policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks as required, including paperwork, reporting and other duties as assigned.
