We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client, a national builder with a strong reputation for delivering large and diverse projects throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with senior management to ensure project success.
- Manage the engineering team, setting out individual responsibilities, assisting with development, and ensuring overall team performance.
- Provide leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
- Review project documents, including estimates, design drawings, proposals, and contracts, to ensure compliance with management's requirements in delivering a $80m commercial development.
- Stakeholder and resource management - Ensure relevant labor is on site to deliver key project objectives and maintain quality throughout.
- A stable track record of delivering similar-sized projects for a local commercial construction head contractor.
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
- Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac, and MS suites.
- Compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- $160,000 - $200,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience).
- Joining a national tier 2 with a very healthy pipeline of diverse projects.
