We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a successful career in insurance broking.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in broking insurance for small-to-medium commercial clients. They will be highly motivated, driven, and client-focused with excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- To take ownership of a portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients across a broad range of industries.
- To provide expert advice on property, business pack schemes, and general liability risks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience broking insurance for small-to-medium commercial clients.
- Tier 1 or Diploma qualification in insurance broking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong client focus with the ability to achieve high retention levels.
