Air Conditioning Specialist

A permanent full-time role in the Melbourne region for a well-established organisation specialising in HVAC Solutions, projects, and construction services. As an Air Conditioning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing servicing and maintenance for a wide range of clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- A company vehicle, phone, laptop, and tablet are provided.
- The estimated salary is $100,000+ per annum, plus superannuation.
- This role is based in Keysborough, VIC.
A typical day involves:
- Visiting multiple locations to service HVAC systems.
- Evaluating system performance and discussing any issues with customers.
- Repairing or replacing faulty components, cleaning filters, and checking connections.
- Testing HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Recording work completed, providing recommendations, and communicating with customers.
- FOLLOWING safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and preparing for the next day.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A trade qualification – Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
- A current refrigerant handling license.
- An electrical license – restricted.
- A driver's license.
- OHS induction ticket.
- Hands-on experience with repairs, emergency breakdowns, and maintenance on various HVAC assets in commercial backgrounds.
- Ability to work within a team or autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills – interact positively with colleagues and customers alike.
