The Queensland Youth Movement stands together with all individuals regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or belief.

They are currently recruiting for a Coordinator on a full-time, fixed-term basis to join their team at an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service and the management of a team of Educators. You will receive support from a dedicated management team.

Responsibilities of the OSHC Coordinator Include:
  • Developing quality programs
  • Managing daily program operations
  • Coordinating staffing and rostering
  • Ensuring policy compliance
  • Handling administrative tasks
  • Collaborating with families and the community
Qualifications and Skills
  • Completed (or near completion) of a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services)
  • Experience in programming and a passion for quality childcare
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain
  • Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
