Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Occulus International. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, building and maintaining strong technical relationships with customers. They will facilitate regular meetings with key accounts to assess performance and implement remediation plans as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze account performance, implementing remediation plans to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

About You

  • Pharmaceutical Experience: Possess relevant experience in managing key accounts or sales roles within the healthcare/retail pharmacy sector.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales-Oriented Skills: Exhibit strong sales-oriented skills, driving business growth through effective pipeline management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.

Compensation Package
