About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Sensory Panel Member to join our National Operations Technical Team on an ongoing casual basis. As a Sensory Panel Member, you will be responsible for tasting and evaluating dairy products to ensure their quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taste and evaluate dairy products to assess their quality and consistency
  • Provide detailed feedback on the taste, texture, and odor of dairy products
  • Work collaboratively with the National Sensory Specialist and other team members to achieve quality and consistency goals
  • Commit to a regular schedule of 2-3 hours, 3 days a week, for a minimum of 1 year
  • Reliable transportation to Rowville is required
  • No major food allergies or dietary restrictions
Requirements
  • Ability to commit to the regular schedule for a minimum of 1 year
  • Reliable transportation to Rowville
  • No major food allergies or dietary restrictions
  • An aptitude for food sampling with a good level of sensory detection
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Computer literate
