Job Description:

This role coordinates analytics and implements data strategy to deliver actionable insights across the organisation. It involves leadership and training of data analysts, promoting a collaborative culture and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

The Data Manager drives deliverables outlined in the data strategy, leading and developing a team of data analysts to work with large datasets.

They ensure team members have clarity of team and individual goals, accountabilities and responsibilities.

The team creates compelling and informative data visualisations for reports, interactive dashboards, and presentations to deliver insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business acumen
  • Problem-solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to construct complex SQL scripts
  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau
