Accountant Position


This role involves providing leadership and management support to the Business Services team. Close collaboration with senior leaders is required to manage client relationships, deliver compliance and advisory services, and drive business growth.

  • Support leaders in managing and mentoring the team
  • Manage and maintain client relationships
  • Oversee preparation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Review financial reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide advice across compliance, tax, and advisory matters
  • Analyse financial data for trends and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practice

Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CPA or CA qualification (or willingness to undertake)
  • Degree in Business or Commerce (Accounting major)
  • Experience in Business Services and Taxation
  • Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
  • Strong client management and communication skills
