A visionary AI Prompt Engineer is required to design, test, and refine sophisticated language systems for our newsroom tools.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between advanced AI technology and practical journalism, crafting prompts that guide AI models to produce accurate and contextually appropriate responses.
  • Through close collaboration with editorial teams, you will build tools that enhance workflow efficiency while maintaining the integrity of quality journalism.
  • You will develop and fine-tune prompts that guide AI models to produce accurate and relevant responses for diverse journalistic applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Genuine passion for journalism and understanding of modern newsroom operations
  • Coding experience, preferably in Python, natural language processing (NLP) and prompt engineering using different models
  • Strong grasp of language semantics and syntax, coupled with an experimental mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with both journalists and technical teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
