About You

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

A certificate III in Disability and relevant experience in the community sector are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to enhance participant outcomes
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months paid work experience in the Disability or Community sector
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR training
  • Current Manual Handling certificate
  • Current full SA Driver's Licence
  • Satisfactory DCSI Disability Services Screening clearance (Child related and/or Disability)
