About the Role

We are excited to announce an ongoing Certificate III Early Childhood Educator role specifically designed for First Nations people, aimed at supporting professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the allocated learning environment
  • Provide an exceeding standard of education and care in accordance with National regulations
  • Ensure supervision of children is active, adequate, and efficient at all times
  • Structure the indoor and outdoor environments and activities to promote active and passive learning
  • Develop holistic and culturally responsive education programs and responses to all children
Requirements
  • Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in accordance with the position
  • Excellent knowledge of child development in the 0-12 years age group
  • Ability to evaluate and make recommendations on education and care programs
  • Experience in undertaking educational program planning to meet the needs of all children
  • Ability to establish effective professional relationships with staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
