Leading Branch Professional

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Melbourne branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical and customer-facing professionals.
The purpose of the role is to drive optimal branch performance, achieving results around safety, employee engagement, customer experience, revenue, fleet availability, and fleet utilisation.
Main Responsibilities:- Operate the branch in line with company strategy, focusing on safety, people, fleet, and customer experience
- Coach and develop skills within the team to ensure all staff are equipped to exceed customer expectations
- Drive relentless customer focus from all employees within the branch to create the best solution/outcome for customers
- Ensure effective and efficient branch operations relating to equipment deliveries, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
To be successful in the role, you will have a people-first leadership style that values employee engagement, while balancing operational needs to optimise customer satisfaction and business results.
