About the Job

Outlook is a for-purpose organisation, meaning it delivers important community services and runs successful and ethical businesses that fund investment back into our organisation and people.

We have a number of opportunities available within our Bayswater container deposit depot site. As a Recycling Attendant, you will work across a 7-day rotating roster, inspect and sort eligible CDS containers to ensure they meet the recycling depot guidelines, and assist with movement of containers around the depot.

About You

We are seeking motivated people to join our diverse team. At a minimum, you will need:

  • A friendly personality
  • Understanding of WHS culture and demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop rapport with a broad range of customers
  • Sound numerical and mathematical ability
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Additional Information

Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check and a pre-employment medical. Random drug and alcohol testing may occur at the depot.
