We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with experience in mental health triage, crisis assessment, and risk management.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and triage, allocating follow-up care, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will work closely with a structured and supportive team environment to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and triage to identify client needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, including referrals to relevant services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
Requirements:
  • Possess a qualified Social Worker or Psychologist degree
  • Have experience in mental health triage, crisis assessment, or similar roles
  • Demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills
  • Be comfortable delivering care and referrals over the phone
