Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Cloud Solution Architect or in a comparable position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and advantages.
- Robust technical expertise, including SQL, data modeling, and API integration.
- Experience with data management and analytical tools.
- Capability to convey complex technical ideas in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related fields.
- Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms or technologies.
- Awareness of industry-specific marketing trends and practices.
Solution Design Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to grasp their business goals, marketing strategies, and technical needs.
- Design and architect scalable and effective marketing cloud solutions utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other complementary technologies.
- Create comprehensive technical specifications, blueprints, and system diagrams.
- Conduct analysis of current architecture, identifying gaps and challenges in existing implementations.
- Propose best practices and recommend future architecture and change roadmaps.
Implementation Duties:
- Supervise the deployment of marketing cloud solutions, ensuring compliance with design specifications and best practices.
- Configure and customize Marketing Cloud features to align with client requirements, including email marketing, mobile messaging, social media marketing, and data management.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, ERP, and analytics tools.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for enhancement.
- Deliver exceptional client service and satisfaction.
