Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise SEO strategies to drive organic visibility and improve website performance.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation strategy.
- Collaborate with content creators and digital marketing teams to develop and optimise high-quality, keyword-rich content for improved organic visibility.
- Execute link-building activities to ensure quality links from reputable sources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal content performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate SEO with other digital marketing initiatives for cohesive campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience working in SEO, ideally within an agency environment.
- A minimum of 1+ years experience managing a team within digital marketing.
- Excellent technical, on-page and off-page SEO skills.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, and how Google processes it.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- A data-driven approach and a technical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure SEO considerations are met.
- Excellent project management skills with an understanding of Agile principles.
- Good commercial acumen with a data/customer-first attitude.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisation skills.
