**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Room Leader to lead our Nursery team and deliver exceptional educational programs. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for observing, informing, and continuously improving our teaching practices.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all learning experiences

**Requirements:**
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
