About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at our Cranbourne store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
