About the Role

This is a key position in delivering high-quality service to our customers. You will be working as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Wheel alignment: Ensure accurate wheel alignment for vehicles to maintain road safety and vehicle performance
• General repair of suspension and steering components: Conduct thorough inspections and repairs on suspension and steering components to prevent damage and extend vehicle lifespan
• Brake repairs: Perform safe and efficient brake repairs to meet customer expectations and ensure road safety
• Fault diagnosis: Diagnose faults quickly and accurately to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Moderate electrical installations including towbars: Install and repair electrical components, including towbars, to meet customer needs
• Liaise with customers: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Experience as a Mechanic and/or Brake Technician: Possess relevant industry experience and skills to excel in this role
• Have worked across different vehicle makes and models: Demonstrate adaptability and versatility in working with various vehicle types
• Full drivers' licence with ability to drive manual: Meet the necessary driving requirements for the job
• Strong verbal communication skills: Effectively communicate with colleagues and customers to deliver excellent service
• A team player with attention to detail: Collaborate with others while maintaining a focus on precision and quality
