Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to lead our cloud-based data engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data engineering solutions on cloud-native platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software components and automation frameworks to support data engineering and validation solutions.
  • Build and enhance Python-based automation tools to validate ETL workflows between databases.
  • Develop reusable code for data validation, transformation testing, and reconciliation across large-scale data platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience designing and developing software components and frameworks as part of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • 3+ years of experience in Guidewire application suite, especially Guidewire Datahub, Claim Center, and Policy Center.
  • 9+ years of experience working in various IT projects in the Insurance industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure DevOps.
  • Solid skills in SQL for data processing, transformation validation, and performance optimization.
