IT Trainee Opportunity
Cockburn is seeking an IT Trainee to join our Information & Technology team. This role will assist the IT Services Team in providing frontline technology support to our users.
This is an ideal opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). On successful completion, all fees will be covered by the City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technology support to users
- Assist the IT Services Team in resolving technical issues
- Participate in on-the-job and classroom training to achieve a Certificate IV in Information and Technology (Networking)
Requirements:
- Full-time opportunity for a two-year duration
- 76 hours per fortnight
- On-the-job training at the City's Administration building
- Classroom study at a TAFE Campus
