Job DescriptionCivil Engineering Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Lead design delivery, ensuring that all projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate site investigations, technical assessments, and design documentation.
- Oversee construction phase activities, including site inspections and contractor coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (essential).
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering design and consultancy.
- Strong capability in stormwater, flood modelling, and pavement design.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and timelines.
