The Opportunity
This newly created role will lead Beca's Power/Energy (Transmission) business in Victoria, focusing on growing this technical discipline in the region. You will work closely with key strategic Transmission clients like AusNet and VicGrid, advocating for their growth and delivery of strategic plans. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing Beca's Power/Energy Strategy across the Victorian market.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders and sponsors within the region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across the Victorian market.
- Collaborating internally with other Business Directors and Managers on common goals.
- Identifying new business opportunities and revenue sources throughout Victoria.
- Raising Beca's profile within the Power/Energy industry through networking and business development initiatives.
- Driving investment in the Victorian sector market, leveraging your expertise in Power/Energy transition actions and tools.
- Contributing to the development of high-quality business development and marketing collateral.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in the Power Transmission or related industry, preferably in consulting. You should have excellent leadership skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
