National Account Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing strategies to acquire new customers and sustain existing business, meeting sales quotas and contributing to organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships to achieve profitable growth through the current customer base and the acquisition of new accounts.
- Develop and implement a strategy for acquiring new businesses, ensuring profit development against target and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and partner closely with operations to drive further market insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales.
- Strong presentation skills, proven expertise in influencing, persuading, negotiating, and decision-making.
- Comfortable networking with anyone.
