**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Data Analyst to join our team at the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data and statistical analysis of our gender equality data assets, preparing expert insights and advice about our data, and reviewing and reporting on high priority issues, risks and trends.

**The Ideal Candidate**

You will have a deep understanding of gender equality work and the state, national and international legislative context. Experience in designing, collecting, analysing, reporting and translating complex data is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also required.
