Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions to achieve program KPIs and objectives

  • Develop and implement community engagement and networking opportunities to promote the organization's mission and services
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or related field, demonstrating relevant knowledge and skills
  • Valid work authorization within Australia and right to undertake travel for work purposes
  • Current valid driver's license and ability to drive safely and efficiently
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course) and other required certifications
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check results
  • Working with Children's Check (Employee/Paid)
