We're seeking a highly skilled Coach to deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support carers build resilience, agency, and hope. As a Coach, you'll empower carers to explore their goals, reflect on their journey, and take practical steps toward wellbeing using a non-therapeutic, strengths-based approach.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions to achieve program KPIs and objectives
- Establish a welcoming environment for carers based on well-established values and principles
- Engage professionally with external and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and partnerships
- Develop and implement community engagement and networking opportunities to promote the organization's mission and services
- Minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or related field, demonstrating relevant knowledge and skills
- Valid work authorization within Australia and right to undertake travel for work purposes
- Current valid driver's license and ability to drive safely and efficiently
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course) and other required certifications
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check results
- Working with Children's Check (Employee/Paid)
