Our organization seeks a strategic and experienced health professional to fill the role of Executive Officer/Director of Nursing and Midwifery for Naracoorte Health Service and Penola War Memorial Hospital.
This dual-site position will oversee operational and strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred care. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and drive innovation across clinical and support services in a dynamic rural healthcare setting.
About the Role- Lead and manage nursing/midwifery and corporate services across both sites
- Oversee patient care, safety, quality systems, and governance
- Drive change, staff development, and service improvement initiatives
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- AHPRA registered nurse/midwife with significant post-registration experience
- Proven leadership in health service management, strategy, and clinical governance
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and change management skills
- Experience in aged care, acute services, and regional health is desirable
The Limestone Coast Local Health Network serves residents within the Limestone Coast region, situated in the south-eastern part of South Australia and extending to the Victorian border.
